A man armed with a Pepper-spray gun was accused of pointing his weapon at a driver while traveling on the Tamisami Trail in Port Charlotte.
According to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, when suspect Christian R. Miller, 32, was convicted and a serious offender, Christian R. Miller, 32, tried to tow a trailer to disconnect. A vehicle was heading north on the Tamisami Trail near Forrest Nelson Boulevard. victim.

Shortly after the incident was reported, the agent found the suspect’s car on the Gasparilla Road and was stopped by the agent.
Congressman verbally ordered Miller for about 30 minutes before getting out of the vehicle. The victim then identified Miller as the man who pointed his firearm at him.
Miller was arrested on the following charges and taken to Charlotte County Jail.
