Sarasota — As construction is underway in the North River Ranch community in Parish, the developers have announced the addition of two new team members.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods, Manatees and Sarasota-based Master Plan community developers, have added Bruce Noble and Jamie Kuca to support land development. Noble is the new Senior Land Development Manager and Kuka has been announced as the Land Development Manager.
The demand for North River Ranch, the main developer community, is so high that we are working to quickly release additional home sites to our builder partners.
Catch up with the neighborhoods of Brightwood and Riverfield. In addition, the design and engineering of a new 300-acre gated community of developers in Venice is underway and is said to bring 1,300 homes.

A 30-year industry veteran, Noble oversees construction work at North River Ranch and manages the land development process for new and upcoming projects. Kuca manages and coordinates day-to-day site development at North River Ranch and works closely with site contractors, subcontractors, service utilities, engineers, site planners, and landscape architects for community infrastructure.
Currently, at North River Ranch, the community’s debut district, Brightwood, is in the final stages of selling the remaining 230 lots.
