St. Augustine College to move and expand to former home of St. Augustine Records

ST. Augustine, Florida – The former home of the St. Augustine Record newspaper on the corner of a prominent intersection in St. John’s County will be taken over by a new resident.

St. Augustine College of Health Sciences will begin construction on a new 120,000-square-foot campus in the former St. Augustine Records building located at the corner of State Routes 207 and 312.

Stevens Construction hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for the project on Monday.

St. Augustine University and ESJ Capital Partners will renovate the existing 40,000-square-foot building and add a new 80,000-square-foot extension to the building.
