Barack Obama and Michelle Obama recently announced a new Netflix animated series that teaches children about government, trying to teach them more about politics from an early age.

A few weeks before Netflix’s premiere, “We The People” will be screened for free at the AFI DOCS Film Festival on June 24th. This is one of several projects that Barak and Michelle Obama have an exclusive contract with Netflix to create original content.
