He continued, “These black families have lost so much that they seem to be left behind not only before the tragic fire, but even in the aftermath.”

The report also presents a proceeding filed in the Bronx Superior Court, named Bronx Park Phase III Protection, Bronx Phase III Housing Company, and Three Investment Groups as Defendants.
