Brisbane, Australia is likely to be named the venue for the 2032 Olympics after the International Olympic Committee’s executive committee unanimously approves the city’s proposal. The final vote is the opening of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. It will be held on July 21, two days before the ceremony.
The IOC adjusted its approach to determine the host city in May 2019. Cities don’t have to spend a lot of time and money bidding because the process is more streamlined.Multiple cities and countries are also allowed Team up We are currently bidding.
The IOC has identified Brisbane as a priority candidate for the February 2032 Games. According to the city, the 2018 Commonwealth Games have already secured 80% of the venues needed.
Brisbane states in the traditional window of the July and August Summer Olympics (winter in Australia) that the weather conditions will be favorable for athletes. The previous Summer Games in Australia were held later that year (September-October in Sydney in 2000 and November-December in Melbourne in 1956).
The venue for the 2030 Winter Olympics has not yet been decided.
