Captured by camera: Police say the suspect kidnapped SJ’s house three months old while his grandmother was unloading groceries

From San Jose, Calif.-Police said at a press conference Monday that a suspect who took a boy from his apartment in San Jose kidnapped an infant while his grandmother was unloading groceries.

According to police, the boy’s grandmother, who was watching him while his mother was working, called around 1 pm to report that the child had been taken away. They say she took her three-month-old Brandon Cuera into her bedroom while she was unloading groceries from her car. According to police, the baby was taken away and left in just a few minutes.

Police say the grandmother did not see the suspect enter the apartment.

SJPD states that the child’s father has been imprisoned and is out of the picture.

The FBI’s parental kidnapping team is currently involved in the investigation and is using all its resources to find Cuellar.

“Today, someone is walking around with a child who wasn’t yesterday,” SJPDSgt said. Christian Camarillo said.

Cash rewards are offered in return for the baby.

SJPD tweeted the image of the suspect. They say the male suspect entered a 1000-block dwelling on Elm Street and left the baby in his career.

The suspect is described as having short hair, wearing a gray baseball cap and a black face mask, and wearing black trousers and a dark blue shirt. The family tells the police that they are not aware of the suspect.

According to officials, the three-month-old name is Brandon Cuera, wearing a white long-sleeved onesie with a dinosaur on it. The baby carrier is a white blanket and is black in color.
