When air quality becomes a major concern during the COVID-19 pandemic, Timilon Corp. finds solutions for businesses, clinics, schools and other consumers to address the needs of this moment. I was ready to help.
Based in Bonita Springs, the company uses safe earth minerals to create nanotechnology that captures and destroys toxic and toxic gases, particles, allergens, bacteria, and viruses in the air. I am incorporating it. Originally developed for military use to destroy chemical weapons and toxic industrial chemicals, use of air purification, surface decontamination, odor removal in business, industry, education, medicine, government, housing Set for which has been commercialized by Timiron over the past few years.
Brands Enviro Klenz, Odor Klenz, and Timilon Corp., the parent company of FAST-ACT, were already growing before the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, when the global health crisis broke out, it was in a position to move rapidly. “We had already started the scale-up process, so it was in stock when the pandemic occurred,” says George Negron, vice president of operations at Timiron. Most people build just-in-time, so many of our competitors didn’t have anything. “
The company has set high goals over the next few years. “We want to be a leading supplier of indoor air quality solutions,” says Negron. With 300% growth already seen during the pandemic, Negron believes air quality will be a long-term concern. (The office refuses to provide a certain amount of income.)
“In any public place, people will want to know what’s happening in the air,” says Negron. “I think air quality will be a very common conversation wherever we go.”
“We continue to innovate technology with endless possibilities, continue to sell it, and let people know that it’s available. We’re just getting started with what’s on the market.” George Negron, Timilon Corporation.
The company’s Enviro Klenz air purifier products are already in approximately 10,000 dental offices and 60,000 classrooms. According to third-party tests, EnviroKlenz Air System Plus reduces viruses, molds and fungi in the air by 99.9% without releasing anything into the environment, and school data using the system purifies the air. It showed the same function as.
This kind of information is readily available on the company’s website and can be looked up by anyone. “We are very transparent,” says Negron. “We want everyone to be able to see it.”
The company has taken several steps to manage the growth it has already experienced and to meet the new demand resulting from the pandemic. In February, it replaced an existing small site with a new 50,000-square-foot production facility in Topeka, Kansas. Not only does it provide more space for research and development, it also provides the ability to scale up the production of Enviro Klenz products. “We run and produce materials 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” says Negron.
The company also has a new facility in Germany to produce products for the European market and plans to open an office in Europe in the second half of the second quarter of 2021. “We want to bring our technology to consumers,” says Negron. “We look at the number of customers who are touching our products and always believe that if that number increases, we will continue to make money.”
Timilon plans to add 15 employees to the approximately 20 staff serving the Florida headquarters. These jobs range from finance and executives to marketing and sales staff. We also plan to add 15 employees to the Topeka facility.
“We’re looking at different virtual supply chains as needed to make sure we’re constantly improving our processes and staying ahead of everything,” says Negron. “But most of our material is made by us, so we control much of our destiny. Therefore, we are independent of third parties.”
Timiron’s Bonita Springs office is already the third largest location in southwestern Florida. The company continues to expand its office space. Negron predicts that next year or so, another move to a larger space in the area will probably be needed.
Are you still coming later this year? A new product that offers a variety of uses for the company’s air purification and decontamination technology. Negron says he can’t go into the details at this time, but he’s excited about the possibilities.
“The two most important things we can do as a company are innovation and marketing,” he says. “We continue to innovate technology with endless possibilities, continue to sell it, and let people know that it’s available. We’re just getting started with what’s on the market.”
