The Federal Court of Appeals ruled on Wednesday that “Tiger King” Joe Exotic should be sentenced to shorter imprisonment for his role in murder plans and federal wildlife law violations.

Joe Exotic (real name Joseph Maldonado Passage) was convicted in a federal prison in January 2020 for attempting to hire two different men to kill an animal rights activist. He was sentenced to 22 years in prison.
