When it comes to watching TV holidays, I think Father’s Day has to be pretty high List, right??
Thanksgiving is your obvious No. 1 followed by New Year and Christmas (yes, in that order). probably a little Anniversary (certainly for racing fans) mixture.
However, from someone who just watched the final round of the US Open for four hours on Sunday, Father’s Day is definitely included in the conversation.
It brings me to my point (yes, we’re finally here!): Maybe choose another summer weekend to free the guys in the cup?
I missed the race. You missed it. What a mess, even the guys in the cup (a kind) couldn’t leave!

Anyway … Mikey Waltrip lifted the rear, last summer champion Stewart finished in 10th place, Bobby Labonte finished in 5th place, and Rocket Man Ryan Newman returned home in 3rd place.

And yes, the people at NBC will take action for the rest of the way. This means we will have Dale Jr. in the living room for the next four months. I always like Mike Joy (Go Emerson!), But Rick Allen isn’t shabby either.
Speaking of juniors … on our way home, scan his Twitter weekly to see if anything interesting is happening.
