Dave Chappelle buys Ohio land from developers after city hall rants

Dave Chappelle Is a new owner of a huge real estate … a purchase he made to prevent the land developer from moving to the quiet Ohio village where his home was.

Dave officials recently confirmed that they had purchased several acres of land in Yellow Springs, Ohio. This is land previously owned by Oberer Land Developers, Ltd.

As you know, Dave returned with a gun in February when the Yellow Springs town council held a public meeting.

Chapel made him very clear Opposed Threatened to pull his own business venture to Oberer, who is working on the project, and for the area-a planned restaurant / comedy club called Firehouse Eatery.

The council finally approved the development, but now it seems that Dave has blocked, or at least reduced, the fragmentation plan by snapping some of Oberler’s assets.
