Georgia man faces charges of child molestation following hotel incident

Kingsland, Georgia – A Sunday night incident inside a hotel could cost a man 5 to 20 years in prison if convicted.

Philip Barry Krim, 53, of Hampton, Georgia, was charged with two counts of child abuse.

After reviewing the video, officers walked to room 301 to take Klim into custody, but he was not there. I told him to call 911 as soon as he saw it.

The next night, hotel staff called 911 and reported that Klim had returned to his room. The police show up and arrest Klim without incident.

Crim was never charged with touching two children in a hot tub, but was still charged with two counts of child abuse.

According to Georgia Penal Code 16-6-4 (A.1), when such person commits an immoral or obscene act, or in the presence of or with an underage child, the felony of child abuse. to commit Her 16 years for the purpose of stimulating or satisfying the sexual desires of a child or person. A conviction for this felony carries a penalty of 5 to 20 years in prison.

This isn’t the first time Crim has been accused of exposing himself.

Court records show that back in May 2004, Crim was convicted of public indecency and indecent conduct in Rockdale County, Georgia, just south of the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Crim remains in Camden County Jail without bail.
