Evacuation of JFK Airport: A security incident at JFK Terminal 4 was cleared after an investigation by the bomb squad and detectives.
People evacuated from the terminal on Sunday afternoon.
The previous security incident has been cleared. Terminal 4 arrival and departure level roads have been reopened. Expect remaining traffic delays and allow additional travel time.

Witnesses said more than 1000 people were outside the terminal.
The bomb squad and the detective investigated and immediately revealed everything.
Travelers need to anticipate traffic and airport delays due to evacuation.
A Delta spokeswoman said, “We expect the operational impact to be minor as there are fewer scheduled departures during this time than in the morning and evening.”
