Following a year of social distance, virtual school, masking, and endless screen time, First Coast YMCA will host its annual Healthy Kids Day on Saturday to help families help their children become children. We encourage you to take some time.

For those who want to attend from home, the online event starts at 8am with virtual 5K and includes hourly activities such as cooking classes, teen talks, family trivia quizzes and forensic CSI activities.
The Virtual Healthy Kids Day event will be planned and coordinated by teens participating in YMCA Teen Leader Clubs throughout Florida and will be incorporated into the Y Association throughout the state.
