Florida man jumps into the river to avoid arrest

A Florida man was arrested Wednesday after a short swim in a car chase and the Intracoastal Waterway.

According to officials, Edward A. Sotero, 51, swam for 15-20 minutes before surrendering and boarding a US Coast Guard boat.
