Giants lineman Shane Remu leaves the driving range due to a knee injury

The Giants rely on their young aggressive lineman to improve this season. Two days after the training camp, they want one of them to be healthy enough to try it.

Shane Lemieux, a second-year player who was penciled in as the left guard at the start, was added to the kart from the field with a knee injury during Thursday practice. With his arms crossed and his legs stretched out, he was quite dissatisfied with the ride from training to the training room. Lemieux was tested and tested by the team’s medical staff in the afternoon.

He was replaced by veteran Kenny Wiggins in the starting unit. The Giants also have other position options, such as veteran Zach Fulton and Jonottan Harrison (currently PUPing for a hamstring injury) in case Remu needs to miss a long time. They could also bring the projected right guard Will Hernandez back to the left. Hernandez has been the team’s starter for most of the last three years and has moved to the right to accommodate Remu’s arrival as a starter.
