Haiti’s prosecutor charges the judge and asks him to investigate the prime minister in the event of the murder

Haiti’s Supreme Prosecutor called on judges on Tuesday to prosecute Prime Minister Ariel Henry for the murder of the president and urged authorities to ban him from leaving the country.

An order submitted by Port-au-Prince prosecutor Bedford Claude came the same day he demanded to meet Henry, and a major suspect in the assassination of President Jovenel Moise told him just hours after the killing. I explained why I called twice.

“There are enough compromises to prosecute Henry and seek his full prosecution,” Claude wrote in the order.

Henry’s spokesman wasn’t immediately asked for comment.

Claude said the call was made on July 7 at 4:03 and 4:20 am, evidence shows that suspect Joseph Badio was near Moise’s house at the time. Added.

Buddy, who once worked for Haiti’s Ministry of Justice and the government’s anti-corruption department, was dismissed in May for violating unspecified ethical rules.

Claude said in a two-page document that the call lasted a total of seven minutes and Henry was at Hotel Montana in Port-au-Prince at the time. He also said a senior government official tweeted last month that Henry had told him he never talked to Badio.
