Thunderstorms possible Saturday
The Bureau of Meteorology expects the possibility of storms to begin to return in the forecast for the weekend. A mix of sunshine and clouds with highs in the high 80s and a chance of storms in the afternoon.
Saturday should get off to a good start with mostly clear skies and temperatures in the 70s.
In the afternoon, temperatures rise to the low 80s. The heat is enough to cause an isolated storm this afternoon.
Expect possible storms daily in southwestern Florida over the next week. Otherwise, expect highs in the high 80s to around 90s and lows in the 70s, with little variation.
