NJ Transit’s rail service will resume after access to Pennsylvania Station in New York is suspended

“Rail services to and from Pennsylvania Station in New York are operating on schedule or almost on schedule, following the previous Amtrak overhead line problem,” the agency tweeted at 5:30 am.
