NYC Emergency Management shared PSA on Monday Through their YouTube pageAlthough no specific threat to the city was mentioned.

No explanation is provided as to why PSA is currently released.

The video outlines three specific steps when a New Yorker faces a nuclear attack.

They are:

first step:

Enter early! Enter the building and leave the window.

Step 2:
I’m inside. Close all doors and windows. If there is a basement, head there.

Step 3:
