NYC’s Animal Care Center in East Harlem will stop dog intake after the outbreak of pneumonia

East Harlem, NY (WABC)-The New York Animal Care Center in East Harlem has stopped accepting dogs after the outbreak of pneumonia.

Two people died from the outbreak of pneumonia.

The Animal Care Center said it has 20% more dogs than last year and needs to find a home to love.

Currently, they are exempt from all adoption costs at the Manhattan Care Center.

They also hold a breeding orientation for large dogs on Sundays.
