Passengers rescued from seven trains after hours of stalling in the East River Tunnels

The Queens (WABC) -7 train was partially suspended on Sunday, leaving passengers stranded after the train to Manhattan was stranded in the East River tunnel.

The train reportedly collided with an object after 5 pm.

We pushed seven trains that were stuck in the rescue train to a safe place on the Queens side, allowing passengers to get off the train.

There are no seven trains running between Queens’ 34th Street Hudson Yards and Hunters Point Avenue.
