Jetpack Window Manager Release Candidate

Google has released candidate status by promoting a number of packages related to dual-screen devices, including Jetpack Window Manager, SlidingPaneLayout, Navigation, and Preferences.

The Jetpack WindowInfoTracker class provides an API for your app that responds whenever the layout changes and is affected by a hinge or fold.

The Jetpack Navigation component also has a new update (2.4.0-rc01) that allows for folding and large screen support. Components now use SlidingPaneLayout internally.
