Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies flocked to a Shell gas station in Lehigh Acres off Homestead Road on Saturday.

An investigation into the isolated shooting at a Shell gas station in Lehigh Acres is ongoing, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Several agents are guarding the scene while the investigation continues.

There are three vehicles within the caution tape in the parking lot of a gas station.

The two cars appeared to have collided, and the moped was placed on its side.

And the Lee County Sheriff’s Movement Command Center arrived in the late afternoon.

Warning tapes are delivered behind gas stations near homes and other buildings.

One person who worked nearby who spoke to WINK News said he heard gunshots.

“There wasn’t much to see down the road, except for a swarm of police cars coming down from south to north just this early afternoon,” said Joe, a nearby witness. I was. “And all of a sudden I saw 15 here at Shell Base.”

Agents will continue to monitor the area on Saturday night.

“As a result, someone got shot or whatever the problem was, it didn’t look good. So I said to my wife, I don’t want to be here anymore,” Joe said.

Joe also spoke to Wink News about the crime at Lehigh Acres.

“There was really nothing to fear. People were moving around. People were walking. So I just kept going down the road. And I said, ‘I’ll check later.’ When I come home from church.” Find out what happened here. “Nobody tells me anything,” Joe said.

The LCSO told WINK News that it did no harm to the community.
