‘PFLAG Parent Day’ Celebrates Parents Attending for LGBTQ+ Loved Ones

Now in its third year, PFLAG Parent Day is a special event celebrating LGBTQ+ affirming parents and all those who play a role in raising LGBTQ+ children of all ages.

PFLAG is an organization of LGBTQ+ people, parents, families and allies working together to build an equal and inclusive world.

A special presentation follows the stories of families, advocates, educators, artists and communities across the country who show up every day to fight in their own backyards for love and justice.

“PFLAG Parent Day celebrates families and those raising children who are striving for a better world,” said Brian K. Bond, PFLAG National Executive Director.

“Ultimately, this is a reminder that we can all work together to create a world where everyone is celebrated, empowered and loved.”

One-hour special event includes thoughtful interviews, personal stories and many special moments centered around people raising children who impact the lives of their communities and LGBTQ+ loved ones .

The “PFLAG Parent Day” presentation will premiere on PFLAG National and ABC owned TV stations streaming platforms and will be produced by PFLAG National with support from ABC owned TV stations.
