Pride 2023 strength of unity

New York (WABC) — Be sure to check out Pride 2023 The Strength of Solidarity, a celebration of unity, love and diversity in the face of increasing adversity.

The special will be hosted by Sam Champion and Lauren Glasberg. The show addresses the growing threat to gay rights being enforced by conservative legislatures across the country.

Attempts are being made to silence LGBTQ Americans and their allies, especially with so-called “Don’t Call Me Gay” legislation. Several states have banned trans-positive medicine, queer-positive books, and even drag queens. Through interviews with activists and allies, this feature explores what is being done to stop this threat.
