Roommate YFN Lucci does not seem to be able to take a break on legal issues as he is reportedly suspected of extortion charges.
According to WSBTV, Lucci was nominated from 12 suspects charged in a racket case focusing on crimes committed among Bloods street gangs. The case was a 75-page, 105-count racket indictment, which Fulton County DA Fani Willis said was “unprecedented.”
Lucci’s lawyer, Drew Findling, said he was not guilty of all charges and had nothing to do with the street gang.
“”He is not a member of the gang“Findling said. “”What he is is a triple platinum winner and an internationally recognized musician playing throughout the United States and around the world... “
At this point, there are few details about the incident, Roommaze said, but Atlanta officials said they were working hard to crack down on the volume of gang-related activity throughout the city.
“”I think the city of Atlanta and Fulton County will work together to send an important, profound message that if you violate a crime in our city, you will come after you, regardless of your status.“Atlanta Police Chief Rodney Bryant said.
“Some people don’t understand the depth of the gang’s infiltration, and because there’s no better word, it’s time for our community to go,” said Pat Rabat, Sheriff of Fulton County. Said.
As previously reported, Lucci is already facing an unrelated murder charge on his alleged involvement in the murder. He left himself to the authorities in January and was released on public debt in February.
As soon as the details are announced, we will keep you up to date on all of this case, Roommates!
