A 23-year-old Doral man was accused of firing a gun 14 times into a tropical park and posting a video of himself doing so as the car drove at over 100 miles per hour.
Perez Valdivia, who needed an interpreter in Spanish, said nothing in court on Tuesday.
He was charged with 14 counts of discharging a firearm from a vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon without permission, improperly displaying a firearm, and resisting an officer without violence.
Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer gave him $26,000 bail on his current charges, but he was scheduled to remain in jail on Tuesday.
That’s because he was already out on bail for a felony arrested prior to improper display of firearms.
Perez-Valdivia is scheduled to address the charges with another judge on Wednesday.
