He was charged with 14 counts of discharging a firearm from a vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon without permission, improperly displaying a firearm, and resisting an officer without violence.
Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer gave him $26,000 bail on his current charges, but he was scheduled to remain in jail on Tuesday.
That’s because he was already out on bail for a felony arrested prior to improper display of firearms.
Perez-Valdivia is scheduled to address the charges with another judge on Wednesday.
