Chief Prosecutor Derek Chauvin Appointed State Judge

He is also known for winning a guilty plea in the case of Lois Reese, a Minnesota woman notorious for murdering her husband in 2018.

Frank is the second member of Chauvin’s prosecution team to be named a judge. In December, the US Senate confirmed Jerry Blackwell as a federal judge in Minnesota.
