Crime in New York City: 63-year-old man pushed by suspect who hurled anti-Semitic insults in Central Park

Central Park, Manhattan (WABC) — Police are searching for suspects in another brutal anti-Semitic attack, this time in New York City’s Central Park.

The incident occurred around 7:30 pm on Wednesday

Police said the 63-year-old male victim was walking through Central Park near the intersection of Terrace and East Drives when the man hit him from behind and he fell to the ground.

The fall left the victim with a chipped tooth and a broken hand.

Authorities said the suspect spewed anti-Semitic remarks and referenced Kanye West before attacking the victim and fleeing west on 72nd Street on a bicycle and bicycle trailer.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.
