DeSoto County Fair closed due to potential threat at DeSoto County High School

The DeSoto County Fair Association said on Facebook that due to potential threats at DeSoto County High School, it will remain closed on Mondays out of an abundance of caution.
The DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office said it was investigating after receiving notice of a potential threat to the school on Monday. It says it has been added.
Arcadia Police say there are currently no threats to students.
The DCSO said it is working with the DeSoto County School District to continue its investigation.
