Mannheim Steamroller Christmas Tour to Stop in Tallahassee

Mannheim Steamroller brings its 2023 Christmas Tour to Tallahassee.

The annual Christmas concert will be held at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center on November 22nd.

This year’s Mannheim Steamroller Christmas Tour will present classic Christmas songs from the Mannheim Steamroller holiday album in an intimate setting with multimedia effects. According to a Civic Center press release.

Mannheim Steamroller founder and creator Chip Davis is celebrating over 35 years of his annual Christmas concert tour. According to a press release, the tour is the longest-running concert tour in the entertainment industry.

“I remember when we released our first Christmas album in 1984 and then toured for the first time.At the time, a lot of people in the music industry were saying that the focus on Christmas wasn’t going to work,” Davis said. “After more than 35 years, we are still going strong.”

According to the release, Grammy Award winner Mannheim Steamroller has sold over 41 million albums, including over 31.5 million in the Christmas genre.
