Westminster Kennel Club announces dog show to move to home of US Open in Queens
Queens (WABC) — The Westminster Kennel Club has announced that its dog show will move to the home of the US Open tennis tournament in Queens.
Shaw will take over the USTA’s Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in May.
This dog competition has been held at Madison Square Garden for decades.
Due to the pandemic, the show had to move outdoors.
Dog shows at the Westminster Kennel Club date back to 1877.
