Temperatures will reach highs in the mid-80s to low-80s under partly cloudy skies. The high humidity makes many places feel like the 90s for a short time. Wind speeds range from 10 to 20 miles per hour from the northeast. These gusts create moderate chop in our bay and 2 to 3 foot bay wave heights.
Drift showers can occur, but these are very weak and isolated. Most of southwest Florida remains dry. These drift showers are likely to begin after lunch and end Thursday night. There are currently no active named storms or disturbances in the Atlantic Ocean.
